The National Weather Service in Las Vegas has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  North central Mohave County in northwestern Arizona...

* Until 1130 AM MST.

* At 832 AM MST, Doppler radar and automated gauges indicated rain 
  causing rises on normally dry creeks and washes in the advisory 
  area. An automated Mohave County Flood Control District station 
  along Short Creek in Colorado City has reported less than a one 
  foot rise.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Colorado City.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
