PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Safety Message...Do not drive into flooded areas. Shallow flowing 
water can wash a car from the roadway. Also, the roadbed may be 
washed out under the water.

* At 9:16 PM Tuesday the stage was 19.3 feet.
* Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by Wednesday afternoon and 
  continue to rise to near 26.9 feet by Thursday morning.The river 
  will fall below flood stage by Friday early afternoon.
* Impact...At 28.5 feet...30th Road bridge over the Saline River 
  floods.

* At 8:45 PM Tuesday the stage was 21.8 feet.
* Flood stage is 26.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by Thursday early afternoon and 
  continue to rise to near 26.4 feet by early Friday morning.The 
  river will fall below flood stage by late Friday morning.
* Impact...At 26.0 feet...Valley north of the Kansas Highway 43 bridge
  on the north side of Enterprise floods.

* Flood stage is 24.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by Wednesday early afternoon and 
  continue to rise to near 24.6 feet by Wednesday evening. The river 
  will fall below flood stage by Thursday morning.
* Impact...At 24.0 feet...Low land flooding continues along the river.
