The National Weather Service in Tallahassee has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Northwestern Randolph County in southwestern Georgia...
  Quitman County in southwestern Georgia...
  Northwestern Terrell County in southwestern Georgia...

* Until 1100 PM EDT.

* At 900 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the 
  warned area. Up to three to four inches of rain have already 
  fallen. Flash flooding is imminent or already occurring.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Georgetown, Wire Bridge, Bonapartes Retreat, Chambliss, Hatcher,
  Crossroads and Benevolence.

Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 3 are possible in the warned 
area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
