  rain from Hurricane Michael across the warned area. Up to 5 inches 
  of rain have already fallen with an additional 2 to 4 inches 
  possible. Flash flooding is occurring or imminent. 

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Abbeville, Fort Gaines, Newton, Morgan, Albany, Dawson, Cuthbert,
  Pelham, Headland and Camilla.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flash Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring.
If you are in the warned area move to higher ground immediately.
