* At 542 PM EDT/442 PM CDT/, extremely heavy rainfall from Hurricane 
  Michael already produced 3 to 5 inches across the area. An 
  additional 2 to 4 inches are possible. Flash flooding is likely 
  occurring or imminent. 

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Colquitt, Cottonwood, Blakely, Dothan, Bainbridge, Donalsonville,
  Hartford, Taylor, Kinsey and Ashford.
