  Rincon Municipality in Puerto Rico...

* Until 600 PM AST

* At 359 PM AST, emergency management reported urban and small 
  stream flooding in Rincon. Up to three inches of rain have already 
  fallen. Light to moderate rainfall will continue over the Rincon 
  area during the next hour or so. Additional showers and isolated 
  thunderstorms are possible across portions of the advisory area.
