...Forecast flooding increased from Minor to Moderate severity...
The Flood Warning continues for 
 The Colorado River Above Silver.* At  7:00 PM Tuesday the stage was 17.7 feet.
* Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 18.3 feet by 
  tonight. The river will fall below flood stage tomorrow late 
  morning.
* Impact...At 18.0 feet...Moderate flooding will occur. Oil field 
  equipment and ranch land will be flooded. Secondary roads and low 
  water crossings will be impassible.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 17.7 feet
  on May 29 1971.
