The Flood Warning continues for
  The Colorado River above Silver.
* until Wednesday afternoon.
* At 2:00 PM Tuesday the stage was 16.3 feet.
* Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 17.3 feet by late
  this afternoon. The river will fall below flood stage early 
  tomorrow.
* Impact...At 18.0 feet...Moderate flooding will occur. Oil field 
  equipment and ranch land will be flooded. Secondary roads and low 
  water crossings will be impassible.
