Western Pulaski County in southwestern Virginia... Southwestern Giles County in southwestern Virginia... Bland County in southwestern Virginia... Central Wythe County in southwestern Virginia... * Until 930 AM EDT Thursday * At 1225 AM EDT, rainfall of 2-4 inches fell in the warned area Wednesday evening, with isolated 6 inch amounts. Excessive runoff will continue for several more hours. Low-lying, flood prone, and poor drainage areas may remain flooded throughout the night. While the heavy rain of Wednesday evening has moved out of the area, additional heavy rainfall is expected later tonight and Thursday as Hurricane Michael moves northeast through the Carolinas later tonight and Thursday morning. * Some locations that will experience flooding include...
