SURRY AND YADKIN COUNTIES...

The heavy rain has ended. The high water is receding and flood 
advisory will expire for Yadkin and eastern Surry counties. Flash 
flood warning 113 remains in effect for western Surry county.

including mudslides or flooded roads, to the National Weather Service
