CARROLL AND GRAYSON COUNTIES AND THE CITY OF GALAX...

The heavy rain has ended. The flood advisory will expire with high 
water receding. Flash flood warning 113 remains in effect for 
eastern Grayson, Galax city and western Carroll where the heavier 
rainfall rates occurred. Please continue to heed any road closures.

When it is safe to do so, please send your reports of flooding,
including mudslides or flooded roads, to the National Weather Service
