...A FREEZE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM MDT 
WEDNESDAY...

* LOCATION...The southeastern Colorado Plains, including El Paso,
  eastern Fremont, Pueblo, Huerfano, Las Animas, Crowley, Otero,
  Bent, Kiowa, Prowers and Baca Counties as well as the northern
  San Luis Valley. 

* TEMPERATURE...Minimum temperatures will fall into the upper 20s
  to lower 30s Wednesday morning. 

* IMPACT...Tender plants will be damaged or killed by the cold. 
  Outdoor irrigation, including garden spigots and sprinkler 
  systems, could be damaged. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Freeze Warning means sub-freezing temperatures are imminent or
highly likely. These conditions will kill crops and other
sensitive vegetation.
