...FREEZE WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 2 AM TO 8 AM PDT THURSDAY...

The National Weather Service in Pendleton has issued a Freeze
Warning...which is in effect from 2 AM to 8 AM PDT Thursday.

* TEMPERATURES...Lows will fall into the upper 20s to mid 30s.

* TIMING...Temperatures will drop below freezing in some locations
  after 2 AM. 

* IMPACTS...A Freeze Warning means sub-freezing temperatures are  
  likely. These conditions will kill crops and other sensitive 
  vegetation.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Agricultural interests should take precautions to protect remaining
vulnerable crops and produce. Local gardeners may want to cover 
frost sensitive plants.
