...FLASH FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flash Flood Watch for portions of Oregon and southeast 
Washington has been cancelled. Rain has decreased to scattered
showers. Numerous reports of 1-1.5 inches in less than 3 hours
were received, but no spotter reports indicated flooding. Heppner
911 had one gage report increase to stage 4, but it was due to
prior washout.
