The Flood Warning continues for
  The Salt Fork Arkansas River at Tonkawa. 
  
* until Friday morning...or until the warning is cancelled. 
  
* At 8:30 AM Thursday the stage was 18.5 feet. 
  
* Minor flooding is occurring. 
  
* Flood stage is 17.0 feet. 
  
* Forecast...The Salt Fork Arkansas River has crested and will 
  continue to slowly fall. The Salt Fork Arkansas River will fall 
  below flood stage early Friday morning. 
  
* Impact...At 18.0 feet...Flood overflows are about a foot deep over 
  unleveed agricultural lands...oilfields...and rural roads along 
  the river in eastern Grant County...through Kay County...to the 
  confluence with the Arkansas River below Ponca City.
