The Flood Warning continues for
  the Washita River near Carnegie 
  
* until Friday afternoon...or until the warning is cancelled. 
  
* At  2:00 AM Thursday the stage was 25.8 feet. 
  
* Minor flooding is occurring. 
  
* Flood stage is 25.0 feet. 
  
* Forecast...The Washita River is near crest and will begin falling 
  mid Thursday morning. The Washita River will fall below flood stage
  mid Friday morning. 
  
* Impact...At 26.0 feet...Flooding will cover nearly fifteen hundred 
  acres of non-leveed farm lands along the Washita River valley in 
  eastern Washita and western Caddo counties. Overflow depths average
  about a foot or more. Weaker portions of local levees may be 
  breached. High water in cutoff channels and tributary streams will 
  isolate some low-lying areas for several hours.

The Flood Warning continues for
  The Washita River at Anadarko. 
  
* until Monday evening...or until the warning is cancelled. 
  
* At  1:30 AM Thursday the stage was 20.3 feet. 
  
* Minor flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast. 
  
* Flood stage is 19.0 feet. 
  
* Forecast...The Washita River will continue rising and crest near 
  21.9 feet mid Saturday morning. The Washita River will fall below 
  flood stage late Monday afternoon. 
  
* Impact...At 22.0 feet...Campgrounds in the Anadarko City Park and 
  nearby low areas are flooded. Floodwaters damage farm property and 
  block many rural roads along the Washita River in eastern Caddo and
  western Grady counties...and could breach farm levees.
