The Flood Warning continues for
  The Cimarron River near Guthrie. 
  
* from this evening to Thursday evening...or until the warning is 
  cancelled. 
  
* At 2:30 PM Wednesday the stage was 17.0 feet. 
  
* Minor flooding is forecast. 
  
* Flood stage is 18.0 feet. 
  
* Forecast...The Cimarron River will rise above flood stage late 
  Wednesday evening and crest near 18.4 feet mid Thursday morning. 
  The Cimarron River will fall below flood stage early Thursday 
  afternoon. 
  
* Impact...At 18.0 feet...River levels approach bankfull levels...in
  Logan and Payne counties. U.S. Highway 77 north of Guthrie may be 
  flooded. Some low-lying fields and oil wells may be isolated...and
  cattle stranded...by water in cutoff channels.
