The Flood Warning continues for
  The Cimarron River near Guthrie. 
  
* from this afternoon to Thursday evening...or until the warning is 
  cancelled. 
  
* At  1:30 AM Wednesday the stage was 16.6 feet. 
  
* Minor flooding is forecast. 
  
* Flood stage is 18.0 feet. 
  
* Forecast...The Cimarron River will rise above flood stage early 
  Wednesday afternoon and crest near 18.6 feet early Thursday 
  morning. The Cimarron River will fall below flood stage early 
  Thursday afternoon. 
  
* Impact...At 19.0 feet...River levels reach bankfull levels or 
  higher...in Logan and Payne counties. U.S. Highway 77 north of 
  Guthrie is impassable. Low-lying oil wells and pastures may be 
  flooded or isolated for a few hours...by flows in cutoff channels 
  crossing the flood plain.
