MORNING...

* TEMPERATURES...in the upper 20s and lower 30s. 

* TIMING...temperatures near or below freezing will remain
  possible through 9 am cdt this morning. 

* IMPACTS...Freezing temperatures could kill sensitive 
  vegetation and damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Freeze Warning means that sub-freezing temperatures are 
imminent or highly likely. These conditions will kill crops and 
other sensitive vegetation.
