In Wisconsin, Barron, Chippewa, Dunn, Eau Claire, Pepin, Pierce, Polk, Rusk, and St. Croix. * Through Wednesday morning * Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are expected, with the heaviest totals across southeast Minnesota into west central Wisconsin. * Prolonged moderate to heavy rainfall will lead to rising river and stream levels and could result in lowland flooding later this week.
