The National Weather Service in Mobile has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
  Southern Covington County in south central Alabama...
  Okaloosa County in northwestern Florida...

* Until 1030 PM CDT Wednesday.

* At 135 PM CDT, Heavy rainbands will continue moving over the 
  warned area through most of this afternoon and evening. the latest 
  radar estimates up to 2.5 inches of rain has already fallen. 
  Expect another one to two inches of rain before ending. If an 
  individual rainband becomes focused on a smaller segment of the 
  warned area, a Flash Flood warning may later be required.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Wright, Fort Walton Beach, Crestview, Niceville, Eglin AFB, Opp,
  Valparaiso, Mary Esther, Florala, Ocean City, Lake Lorraine, Baker,
  Shalimar, Laurel Hill, Lockhart, Cinco Bayou, Navarre Beach and
  Eglin Air Force Base.
