  The Fox River At Burlington.
* At  9:45 AM Wednesday the stage was 10.3 feet.
* Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river is forecast to crest near 10.8 feet by tomorrow
  morning then continue falling.
* Impact...At 11.0 feet...Floodwaters affect parts of Riverside Park 
  in Burlington. Floodwaters cover a portion of Brever Road about 4 
  miles south of Burlington.
