FRIDAY...

The National Weather Service in Medford has upgraded the Freeze 
Watch to a Freeze Warning...which is in effect from 2 AM to 8 AM 
PDT Friday.

* Low temperatures this morning: 33 to 36 degrees in the Frost
  Advisory.

* Low temperatures late tonight into Friday morning: 30 to 32 
  degrees in the Freeze Warning and 33 to 36 degrees in the Frost 
  Advisory.

* Locations in the frost advisory for this morning include...The 
  more sheltered locations in the Illinois, Applegate and Rogue 
  Valleys of Jackson and Josephine Counties, including Cave 
  Junction, Selma, Provolt, Williams, Applegate, Ruch and 
  Lakecreek. 

* Locations in the Freeze Warning for late tonight into Friday
  morning include...The more sheltered locations in the Illinois
  and Applegate Valleys, including Cave Junction, Williams, 
  Provolt, and Applegate. 

* Locations in the Frost Advisory for Friday morning include...
  Sheltered portions of the Rogue, Applegate, and Illinois
  Valleys, including Jacksonville, Lakecreek, Murphy, Wilderville
  and Ruch. 

* Impacts...Sensitive vegetation may be damaged or killed if 
  left unprotected.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Freeze Warning means sub-freezing temperatures are imminent or
highly likely. These conditions will kill crops and other
sensitive vegetation.

A Frost Advisory means that widespread frost is expected.
Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
