The National Weather Service in Midland has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
  Northwestern Glasscock County in western Texas...
  Southwestern Howard County in western Texas...

* Until 745 AM CDT Wednesday.

* At 745 PM CDT, At 741 PM CDT, flood waters from heavy rainfall 
  yesterday and last night continue to runoff in draws this evening 
  from the intersection of State Highway 158 and State Highway 137. 
  The water is flowing to the salt lakes southwest of Big Spring, 
  and will continue to inundate area farm to market and county 
  roads. More than likely, flooding will persist on these rural 
  roadways through tonight.  

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Lomax and Elbow. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
