* Action stage is 11.5 feet.
* Flood stage is 12.5 feet.
* Forecast...The river will remain near 11.8 feet through
  early Thursday.

* Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river will rise to near 14.1 feet by Thursday 
  afternoon.
* Impact...At 13.5 feet...Water overflows into campground and forest 
  preserve.
