* Flood Advisory for Minor Flooding in Poor Drainage Areas for...
  Northeastern Monroe County in south central Kentucky...
  Northwestern Cumberland County in south central Kentucky...

* Until 230 AM CDT.

* At 1123 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  minor flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas will result in
  minor flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Leslie, Dubre, Waterview, Meshack, Arat, Cloyds Landing, and 
  Grider.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
