The National Weather Service in JACKSON KY has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Northeastern Morgan County in southeastern Kentucky...
  Elliott County in east central Kentucky...

* Until 715 AM EDT.

* At 421 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to one inch of rain has
  already fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Sandy Hook, Culver, Moon, Crockett, Little Sandy, Wrigley,
  Isonville, Newfoundland, Bruin and Steele.

Additional rainfall of up to an inch is expected over the area. This 
additional rain will result in minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
