The National Weather Service in JACKSON KY has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Northwestern Powell County in east central Kentucky...
  South central Montgomery County in east central Kentucky...
  Northwestern Estill County in east central Kentucky...

* Until 515 AM EDT.

* At 214 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  Up to one inch of rain has already fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Jeffersonville, Clay City, Sandhill, Levee, Kimbrell, Rice Station,
  Kings Station, Bean, Blackburn, Waltersville, Calloway Crossing and
  Wiseman Crossing Station.

Additional rainfall of up to an inch is expected over the area. This 
additional rain will result in minor flooding.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
