The National Weather Service in JACKSON KY has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Montgomery County in east central Kentucky...
  Bath County in east central Kentucky...
  South central Fleming County in east central Kentucky...

* Until 430 AM EDT.

* At 128 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to one inch of rain has
  already fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Mount Sterling, Owingsville, Marshall, Jeffersonville, Camargo,
  Sharpsburg, Levee, Preston, Reynoldsville, Wyoming, Sideview and
  Peasticks.

Additional rainfall of up to another inch is expected over the area. 
This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
