The National Weather Service in JACKSON KY has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southeastern Pulaski County in south central Kentucky...
  South central Rockcastle County in south central Kentucky...

* Until 630 AM EDT.

* At 331 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the 
  warned area. Up to three inches of rain have already fallen. Flash 
  flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Billows, Bloss, Grade, Dykes, Sloans Valley and Bent. 

Additional rainfall amounts of up to an inch are possible in the 
warned area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
