  Northern Williamsburg County in northeastern South Carolina...

* Until 1145 AM EDT.

* At 1015 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated areas of heavy rain moving 
  across the area. The heavy rain will cause minor flooding in the 
  advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Florence, Hartsville, Lake City, Darlington, Kingstree, 
  Timmonsville, Lamar, Lydia, Cades, Cartersville, Nesmith, 
  Indiantown, Hebron, Floyd, North Hartsville, Dovesville and Sardis.
