The National Weather Service in Wichita has extended the

* Flood Warning for...
  Harper County in south central Kansas...

* Until 1145 AM CDT Friday.

* At 913 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported that several rural 
  roads remained impacted by high water across the county.

* Some locations that may experience flooding include...
  Anthony, Harper, Attica, Bluff City, Danville, Waldron, Freeport,
  Corwin, Runnymede and Crystal Springs.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Excessive runoff will continue to cause flooding of small creeks and 
streams, country roads, farmland, and other low lying spots.
