The National Weather Service in Wichita has extended the

* Flood Warning for...
  Harper County in south central Kansas...

* Until 1145 AM CDT Thursday.

* At 1131 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported continued flooding 
  concerns across Harper county. Although new reports of flooding 
  have not been received, multiple road closures are still in effect 
  for water over roadways.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Anthony, Harper, Attica, Bluff City, Danville, Waldron, Freeport,
  Corwin, Runnymede and Crystal Springs.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, country roads, farmland, and other low lying
spots.
