PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive into flooded areas or go around barricades. Nearly two 
feet of water will carry most vehicles away. Turn around don't drown.

The Flood Warning continues for
  The Whitewater River At Towanda.
* Until Thursday morning.
* At  7:30 PM Wednesday the stage was 23.3 feet.
* Flood stage is 22.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring.
* Forecast...The river will continue to fall to below flood stage by 
  tonight.
* Impact...At 22.0 feet...The river will be out of its banks on both 
  sides. West bank overflows impact cropland mainly in low lying 
  areas.
