PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive into flooded areas or go around barricades. Nearly two 
feet of water will carry most vehicles away. Turn around don't drown.

The Flood Warning continues for
  The Arkansas River At Hutchinson.
* Until further notice.
* At 12:30 PM Wednesday the stage was 6.4 feet.
* Flood stage is 8.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by late Thursday evening and 
  continue to rise to near 10.1 feet by Sunday morning.
* Impact...At 10.0 feet...Expect minor flooding of Carey Park, more so
  after a few days of ground water seepage.
