PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive into flooded areas or go around barricades. Nearly two 
feet of water will carry most vehicles away. Turn around don't drown.

The Flood Warning is cancelled for
  The Mulberry Creek Near Salina.
* At  1:00 AM Wednesday the stage was 19.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 24.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river will crest below flood stage at 23.7 feet this
  afternoon.
* Impact...At 24.0 feet...Agricultural flooding can be expected. Parts
  of Halstead Road near the river gage site, which is west of Salina,
  will begin to take on water.
