  Little Arkansas River At Alta Mills affecting Harvey and Reno 
  Counties.

  Little Arkansas River Near Halstead affecting Harvey County.

  Little Arkansas River Near Sedgwick affecting Sedgwick County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive into flooded areas or go around barricades. Nearly two 
feet of water will carry most vehicles away. Turn around don't drown.

The Flood Warning continues for
  The Little Arkansas River At Alta Mills.
* Until Friday afternoon.
* At  3:46 PM Tuesday the stage was 23.4 feet.
* Flood stage is 22.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 26.1 feet by 
  early Wednesday afternoon. The river will fall below flood stage 
  Friday morning.
* Impact...At 27.0 feet...A considerable portion of Highway 50 will be
  underwater south of the gage site mainly east of River Park Road.

The Flood Warning continues for
  The Little Arkansas River Near Halstead.
* Until Saturday morning.
* At  3:30 PM Tuesday the stage was 26.1 feet.
* Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Record flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 27.5 feet by 
  Thursday morning. The river will fall below flood stage Friday 
  evening.
* Impact...At 27.0 feet...Water covers the westbound lane of Highway 
  50 at mile marker 262. Flood waters cover Halstead Road on the 
  north end of city and also on K89 or Hertzler Road leading into 
  Halstead from the north. Flood gates on west end of Halstead will 
  be closed. The second flood gates by the railroad on the east side 
  of Halstead closes around 27.2 feet.

  The Little Arkansas River Near Sedgwick.
* Until late Friday night.
* At  3:32 PM Tuesday the stage was 24.3 feet.
* Flood stage is 22.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 25.6 feet by 
  early Wednesday morning. The river will fall below flood stage 
  Friday early afternoon.
* Impact...At 26.0 feet...Roads flood around Ridge Road and 109th 
  Street near the gaging site. This area will be inaccessible. 
  Agricultural field flooding will be more widespread.
