  Arkansas River At Hutchinson affecting Reno County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive into flooded areas or go around barricades. Nearly two 
feet of water will carry most vehicles away. Turn around don't drown.

The Flood Warning continues for
  The Arkansas River At Hutchinson.
* Until further notice.
* At 12:30 PM Tuesday the stage was 3.7 feet.
* Flood stage is 8.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by early Saturday morning and 
  continue to rise to near 9.9 feet by Sunday early afternoon. 
  Additional rises are possible thereafter.
* Impact...At 10.0 feet...Expect minor flooding of Carey Park, more so
  after a few days of ground water seepage.
