Northeastern Oconee County in Upstate South Carolina... * Until 945 AM EDT Thursday. * At 343 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to tropical rain bands. This will cause isolated areas of minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to one inch of rain has fallen since 300 AM and another one to two inches is possible during the next several hours. * Some locations that will experience flooding include...
