* TEMPERATURE...25 to 30 degrees.

* IMPACTS...Sensitive outdoor vegetation will likely be damaged 
  or killed by the cold. In addition, outdoor irrigation, 
  including garden spigots and sprinkler systems, could be 
  damaged. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Freeze Warning means sub-freezing temperatures are imminent or
highly likely. These conditions will kill crops and other
