The National Weather Service in Hastings has issued a Freeze
Warning, which is in effect from 1 AM to 11 AM CDT Thursday. The
Freeze Watch is no longer in effect. 

* TEMPERATURE...25 to 30 degrees

* IMPACTS...Sensitive outdoor vegetation will likely be damaged 
  or killed by the cold. In addition...outdoor irrigation, 
  including garden spigots and sprinkler systems, could be 
  damaged. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Freeze Warning means sub-freezing temperatures are imminent or
highly likely. These conditions will kill crops and other
sensitive vegetation.
