...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING...

The Flood Watch continues for

* Portions of north central Kansas and south central Nebraska, 
  including the following areas, in north central Kansas, 
  Jewell, Mitchell, Osborne, Rooks, and Smith. In south central 
  Nebraska, Fillmore, Nuckolls, Thayer, and Webster. 

* Through Wednesday morning

* Rain will gradually come to an end from south to north this 
  evening and tonight.

* Additional rainfall accumulations will generally range from one
  quarter to one half of an inch through tonight. Despite the
  limited additional rainfall, runoff may still lead to flooding 
  along rivers, streams, and low-lying areas. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flood Watch means there is a potential for flooding based on
current forecasts.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible
Flood Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be
prepared to take action should flooding develop.
