  The Chambers Creek Near Rice.
* At 0200 AM Wednesday the stage was 19.81 feet.
* Flood stage is 24 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage 
  tonight and crest near 26 feet by Thursday morning. The 
  river should fall below flood stage by Thursday afternoon.
