McLennan County in central Texas... Hill County in central Texas... * Until 330 PM CDT. * At 1233 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms that were producing heavy rainfall across Waco and areas along the I-35. Excessive runoff from these thunderstorms will cause urban and small stream flooding. Areas that are low lying or usually experience poor drainage are most likely to experience flooding. This means some low water crossings in the region may become impassable. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen in the last 3 hours. * Some locations that will experience flooding include... Waco, Hewitt, Robinson, Bellmead, Hillsboro, Woodway, Lacy-Lakeview, McGregor, West, Mart, Whitney, Beverly Hills, Lorena, Itasca, Bruceville-Eddy, Hubbard, Moody, Valley Mills, Riesel and Crawford. Additional rainfall of 1 to 2 inches is expected over the area. This additional rain will cause minor flooding. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you can do so safely. && LAT...LON 3132 9742 3159 9760 3175 9728 3179 9733 3184 9728 3193 9744 3199 9738 3203 9743 3202 9749 3216 9746 3218 9747 3226 9709 3206 9694 3207 9689 3181 9672 3171 9693 3152 9681 3125 9733 $$ PS
