The heavy rain has ended, and the flooding threat has diminished. In 
this area, rainfall amounts of of 3 to 4 inches, with isolated 5 
inch totals, were observed through the evening and overnight hours. 
Keep in mind that rivers and creeks may still be responding to the 
excessive runoff over the area.
