* At 858 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the warned
  area. Up to three inches of rain have already fallen. Flash
  flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Americus, Cordele, Vienna, Lumpkin, Buena Vista, Ellaville,
  Oglethorpe, Preston, Cusseta, Unadilla, Montezuma, Richland,
  Marshallville, Plains, Arabi, Byromville, Ideal, Pinehurst, Leslie
  and Andersonville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
