The National Weather Service in Austin San Antonio has extended the

* Flood Advisory for...
  Western Bandera County in south central Texas...
  West central Kerr County in south central Texas...
  Uvalde County in south central Texas...
  Eastern Real County in south central Texas...

* Until 415 PM CDT

* At 109 PM CDT, emergency management reported rises occurring on 
  creeks north of Leakey and minor flooding is expected to continue 
  in the advisory area as rainfall continues to drain in area creeks 
  and streams. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen but no 
  additional rainfall is expected.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Leakey, Vanderpool, Sabinal, Knippa, Laguna, Tuff, Rio Frio,
  Concan, Montell, Cline, Garner State Park, Reagan Wells, Utopia,
  Lost Maples State Natural Area and Prade Ranch.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, country roads, farmland, and other low lying
spots.

In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are
potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded
roads. Find an alternate route.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
