  Mercer County in north central Missouri...
  Western Sullivan County in north central Missouri...
  Southeastern Harrison County in north central Missouri...
  Northeastern Jackson County in west central Missouri...
  Livingston County in north central Missouri...
  Daviess County in north central Missouri...
  Clinton County in northwestern Missouri...
  Putnam County in north central Missouri...
  Ray County in west central Missouri...
  Caldwell County in north central Missouri...
  Southeastern DeKalb County in northwestern Missouri...

* Until 330 AM CDT Wednesday.

* At 331 PM CDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in several 
  locations in the warned area . 6 to 10 inches of rain have fallen. 
  Several roads across the region remain closed due to water over 
  the roads. Expected time of reopening of the roads is unknown 
  considering another 12-24 hours of periods of moderate to heavy 
  rain. An additional 1 to 3 inches of rainfall are expected and 
  will lead to additional road closures and worsening ongoing 
  flooding. Expect the area to begin drying out starting Wednesday. 

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Excelsior Springs, Cameron, Chillicothe, Trenton, Richmond,
  Buckner, Lawson, Plattsburg, Lathrop, Milan, Unionville, Hamilton,
  Gallatin, Princeton, Braymer, Orrick, Trimble, Polo, Jamesport and
  Holt.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
