The National Weather Service in the Quad Cities has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Delaware County in northeastern Iowa...

* Until 400 PM CDT.
    
* At 309 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Ryan, or 8 miles south of Manchester, moving north
  at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Delhi and Delaware around 320 PM CDT.
  Manchester and Earlville around 325 PM CDT.
  Oneida around 330 PM CDT.
  Edgewood and Greeley around 335 PM CDT.
  Colesburg around 340 PM CDT.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include Twin
Bridges Park, Baileys Ford Park, Petersburg, Delaware County
Fairgrounds, Oneida, Turtle Creek Park and Manchester Airport.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest
floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a
mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter
