* Minor flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast: Rise to 26.2 feet Thursday morning. Fall below flood 
  stage Friday.
* Impact: At 26.0 feet, Moderate flood stage, significant 
  agricultural flooding and increasing impacts on the city of 
  Maquoketa.
